Transform Your Smile With Dental Implants

Dental implants are a fantastic option for people who no longer want to suffer from the embarrassment and pain of missing teeth. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing a beautiful smile instead of missing teeth. Imagine how it would feel to eat with your loved ones without the pain of dentures.

Here at Smile Now Dental Implant Centers, we can give you your dream smile in as few as 2 – 3 appointments. We don’t just transform your smile. We transform your life, too, with dental implants in Scottsdale, AZ.

What Are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are a permanent tooth replacement alternative to removable dentures, providing a comfortable and easy way to fix missing teeth. Although traditional dentures replace missing natural teeth, they’re not a perfect solution. If you have dentures, you’ll know how hard it can be to bite and chew. You may even fear your dentures falling out when you’re with your friends and family. They can feel uncomfortable and bulky in your mouth, making it hard to talk, eat, and swallow.

Dental implants are a much better solution, providing the stability and function you need. Both single and full dental implants can be used to replace teeth. For most dental implant placement, all hopeless teeth are extracted and then replaced with a full set of teeth. Implants are fused into the jawbone, and then artificial teeth are attached to the implants.

Here at Smile Now, we’re specialists in implant dentistry. We complete all dental implant treatments in our one location in AZ, servicing patients in Scottsdale and beyond. We have advanced technology and a full, specialized team ready and waiting to give you the life you’ve always dreamed of with dental implants.

The Smile Now Advantage

Many patients come from all around the country for their dental implant surgery and treatment. Our specialized team is made up of experienced dental experts, including an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, an anesthesiologist, a restorative dentist, and a dental lab technician.

Here at Smile Now, we’ve also invested in some of the most industry-leading technology in dentistry, including advanced scanning technology and a fully equipped on-site dental laboratory. It’s this advantage that allows us to offer safe and advanced dental implant procedures, quicker appointment and treatment times, and outstanding, comprehensive care.

Our Dental Implant Treatment Process

Phase One

We begin your treatment with an initial consultation. This is where we discuss your expectations for treatment and talk you through our dental implants. We'll also take 3-dimensional CBCT scans of your mouth and photos of your face and smile using our advanced Zirkonzahn® Face Hunter technology. We assess any existing teeth, the surrounding bone, and gum tissue. From here, we use the scans to create a photorealistic virtual rendering of your new smile once the treatment has been completed. You'll be able to try our “trial smile” to see how your new teeth will look. Once you're happy, we'll create a digital surgical guide. We'll also create the temporary teeth that will be attached to your dental implants during surgery. With a fully equipped lab and a specialized team, expect less of a wait time between this appointment and your surgical appointment.

Phase Two

Your second appointment is usually your surgical appointment. We'll extract any teeth that cannot be saved and replace the jaw bone through bone grafting if you're suffering from severe bone loss. We'll then use our custom surgical guide to fit your implants. We offer hospital-grade general anesthesia for the surgical procedure. Our anesthesiologist will monitor your vitals while the surgery is taking place. With our advanced surgical guide, we're able to place your dental implants at the best location and depth within your jawbone, giving you a more accurate fit and natural-looking smile. These then support your temporary prosthesis: a fully functional and lifelike set of teeth, which we'll fit on the same day. We design your final bridges from Zirconia for superior durability and a natural look.

Phase Three
Whether you've had a single implant to replace one missing tooth or full-mouth implants, the healing process for dental implants takes several months. During this time, the dental implants will fuse with your jawbone and become as strong as tooth roots. While you're healing, your temporary teeth will look, feel, and function like a set of real, natural teeth. At first, you may only be able to eat soft foods as your mouth heals, but you'll soon be able to eat as normal. You can stay in your temporary teeth for up to a full year before moving on to your zirconia teeth. You'll walk out of our office with a beautiful, full smile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dental implant failure can be caused by multiple factors, such as smoking, poor bone quality, bone disorders, poor oral hygiene that leads to infections, and poor surgical technique. Here at Smile Now, we offer advanced and superior care that reduces the risk of implant failure.

With Smile Now, the answer is never. We replace missing teeth in one day with our dental implant treatment center. This means attaching the implant abutment onto the implant body and attaching your new artificial tooth or teeth to the implant.

Single implants are designed to blend in with nearby teeth, and full mouth implants are designed to restore full functionality to your smile.

You’ll never have to suffer from tooth loss again.

Patients missing at least one tooth, several teeth, or all their teeth qualify for dental implants. Whether you’ve lost teeth due to injury, periodontal disease, or another reason, we can give you a fully functional smile in a single day.
